Liposome as a drug delivery system: in nano bio electronics

Nowadays, with the world wide spread of different cancers. There is an urgent need in new treatment methods, and medications. With the advent of drug delivery methods, we have come to a new era of treatment. Here, we come to the fact that the liposome will open new open new doors to the scientific experiments. Different methods in nano bioelectronics and the meaning of Nano science and Nano engineering have been discussed. Liposomes (Bottom up) are used in drug delivery system at nano bio electronic department. It has polar and nonpolar region. Drugs are going to insert into the liposomes. In this paper, they are going to tell what liposomes are, different strategies to enter liposomes to the target cells, how it can be made, and interactions between liposomes and cell membrane. I am going to give another method to syntheses liposomes.

In Yellow gene and MRJP1 gene, honeybees have 6 exons, with 5 introns, but their sizes are different from each other. Apis mellifera has 10 Yellow like gene, and 10 MRJP like gene. Amino acids of MRJP1 were collected from National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI). Amino Acid sequences were used in RaptorX to find protein binding prediction. And amino acids of Yellow gene were collected from National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI). Amino Acid sequences were used in RaptorX to find protein binding prediction. we have seen that in spite of their difference in their characteristics, but they have similar functional domain based on all researched that we had especially based on RaptorX that we could find their domain bindings. So, as we have found a single intellectual predecessor that encodes a member of the old existing Yellow family seems to have developed and called MRJP.

Potential Clinical Usefulness of CRISPR Cas9 Genome Editing

Cancer is still considered a main challenge regarding morbidity and mortality, although an earlier diagnosis through screening programs and more effective cure modalities have led to decreased mortality rates so the development of new genetic editing techniques such as zinc finger and TALENs or CRISPRCas9 has enabled the production of strong animal genetic models that sums up the cooperating oncogenic lesions influencing genes with a confirmed role in the proliferation and formation. This review presents the mechanisms of separate genome-editing approaches and explains each of the common nucleasebased platforms.
